HH.jpg        Physical abuse is the type of abuse that results in injuries and bodily harm to victims. The ladies have been physically abused by their partners, family members, schools, and others. This type of abuse harms the victims' physical and psychological well-being. The people will be able to get the awareness of any physical abuse when they raise knowledge about physical abuse.

This type of abuse has been prevalent among people who belong to underprivileged and socioeconomically disadvantaged portions of society. The main reason cause is that these people typically lack formal education. Most of the time, they are unaware of all the requirements to become excellent and ethical people. They become physically abusive because they cannot regulate their anger.

Understanding the impact of physical abuse on women's lives is this fundamental goal. The people will be able to get the awareness of any physical abuse when they raise knowledge about it. These include managing anger and frustration, creating positive opinions about women and girls, granting men and women the same opportunities and rights, and treating them with respect. There are some reasons why it happens, like financial constraints, family crisis, character and disobedience of the children's surroundings, conflict with neighbors or lack of social support, parent's mental illness, and the influence of alcohol. An abuser often blames someone else, such as the victim, for saying or doing something that 'caused' their violent behavior.

Many people who experience physical abuse with the shame of what happened to them may suffer from mental health problems like depression, addictions, and dissociative disorders. They have trouble with relationships and some self-injure. Others may become abusers themselves. Unfortunately, most people who have been, or are being abused, don't seek help.
